Origami Bloom Terms of Use
Document date: 2026-10-24
These terms describe the rules for the Origami Bloom origami learning app and access to paid content provided by Hainan Talent Bridge Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to the Origami Bloom iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store.
Use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement, do not replace it, and do not exclude consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Learning service and intended users
Origami Bloom offers origami model browsing, three-dimensional action demonstrations, step-by-step learning, and experience settings such as paper patterns, backgrounds and viewing angles, for general users. Children may use it with a guardian's guidance; guardians should manage purchases by minors in accordance with applicable law and Apple account settings.
Origami results depend on paper size, thickness, material and actual handling. The three-dimensional demonstrations help explain the folding process; they do not guarantee that every paper's actual form will exactly match the display or promise a particular learning outcome.
Free introductory models clearly marked in the app can be learned in full. For other models, an initial set of complete teaching steps is available to try free of charge, and subsequent complete steps require unlocking. A teaching step may contain several consecutive actions; actions within a step are not charged separately. The specific models and their free coverage are as clearly marked in the app.
One-time purchase and included content
We offer a one-time unlock through Apple's in-app purchase system. This is a non-consumable purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. There are no repeated monthly or yearly charges, and it is not consumed by use or the passage of time.
One purchase unlocks all paid origami teaching content in Origami Bloom and includes content added to this app in future, together with corrections, replacements and updates. Users with a valid unlock entitlement do not need to purchase these additions to the app again.
The purchase is for Origami Bloom. It does not automatically grant paid entitlements in our other standalone apps or include physical paper, tools or other physical goods. A purchase does not mean that the company, operating system or every platform service will operate forever. We will not silently cancel paid entitlements that remain valid through ordinary content updates or changes to these terms.
Before purchasing, check the product content and full price displayed in the app and on the App Store purchase confirmation screen. The price actually paid is the local price Apple displays when you confirm the purchase. Product availability depends on the store configuration actually enabled at that time. Cancelled purchases, incomplete payments and orders awaiting approval do not constitute verified unlock entitlements.
Purchase verification and restoration
Apple charges the Apple account used for the purchase. The app opens paid content based on a valid purchase status verified by the platform. Development previews, provisional prices and local device settings cannot replace purchase verification.
With a network connection and the Apple account originally used to purchase, you can restore eligible entitlements in the app under “Settings → Restore purchases”. No separate Origami Bloom account registration is needed. Restoration on other devices and sharing with family members depend on the usage rules actually supported by Apple and the relevant purchase.
Restoring purchases restores eligible paid access, not favorites, settings or learning-page state stored only on a particular device or already deleted. You may need to restore purchases again after reinstalling the app or changing devices.
If a purchase is awaiting approval, paid content remains locked until the platform confirms a valid purchase. If a purchase is refunded, revoked or no longer meets the platform's confirmation conditions, the corresponding paid access may change with the verification result.
Refunds and consumer rights
For purchases paid through Apple, you can request a refund following Apple's refund instructions. Eligibility and processing may vary by purchase and country or region. We can help troubleshoot product access issues, but cannot approve refunds on Apple's behalf or manage your payment account.
These terms do not exclude your rights to refunds, repairs, replacements, remedies or other non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law. Seeking our help does not affect your ability to make a request to Apple or another competent body under the law.
Content delivery and updates
Lessons download as needed. Previously downloaded lesson data is cached on this device; content that has not been downloaded needs an internet connection. Clearing lesson downloads keeps your cover images. Local data does not transfer to a new device; eligible purchases can be restored with your Apple Account.
We may correct teaching instructions, adjust demonstrations or replace technical files, and will exercise reasonable care to prevent ordinary updates from blocking entitled users' access to paid content. Device performance, system compatibility, network, App Store or other platform issues may affect some features. We do not guarantee that any digital service will never be interrupted.
If we later change content delivery or personal information processing, we will update the service description and privacy policy accordingly and provide notices and choices required by applicable law.
Content rights and reasonable use
Rights in the app software, teaching instructions, images, animations, textures, fonts and other materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You obtain permission to use the content under Apple's licensing rules and these terms, not ownership of those materials.
Within the applicable license, you may use the app for personal learning and family guidance. Unless applicable law or the relevant material's license permits otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute or resell the app or asset files without authorization, bypass paid access restrictions, or interfere with the app or platform services. Where third-party or open-source materials have their own license provisions, those licenses apply.
Paper artworks you create yourself do not become our property because you use Origami Bloom. Uses involving third-party designs or other protected works must still respect the relevant rights holders' rights.
Safe handling and responsibility
Adapt your handling to the actual paper and your abilities. When using scissors, knives, glue or other tools, follow their safety instructions; children using tools should be supervised by a guardian.
We bear the responsibilities prescribed by applicable law. Any limitation of liability, warranties or remedies takes effect only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit non-excludable statutory rights arising from defective digital content, unfair terms, privacy processing or other matters.
Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms due to changes in app features, purchase mechanisms or the law, update the document date, and give legally required notice of material changes. Changes themselves will not cancel valid paid entitlements or exclude mandatory protections under the law applicable where you live.
